Service was excellent! The place felt like it would be right at home in say, Denver; very rustic and an unexpected gem! Amenities and food was great! Be sure to try out their restaurant!

High quality hotel with good prices. Their refreshed rooms were amazing but their older ones didnt live up to the same quality. Felt less fresh and old with marks on walls

Good location and friendly staff. The only complaint I have is the carpets in the room were old and heavily stained. Otherwise a good experience.

The hotel has a lot of character and it was very fun exploring it. Enjoyed playing pool and other games. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

The property is really nice. The staffs were friendly. The bed is super comfortable.

I could leave my bag in long before checkin and long after checkout. The room was spacious, especially for a single, with a very comfortable bed and a soft duvet. Kokura Castle is a 10 min walk away, and JR Nishi Kokura Station is 15 min away. There is a bus station right outside the hotel. Be prepared to pay a 200 yen tax extra, even if you paid for your room through booking.com. I think the tax is per person per night.

This is a bit old inside but renovated in the lobby. I the design in the lobby.
